Exercise is key!
Some of the best ways to get rid of fat is exercising, but what are some of the types of exercises you can do? And which ones are the best? Well, there are many you can choose from and here is a small list.
First off, walking. Walking anywhere can be a wonderful way to lose weight and get out of the house. The ultimate would be hiking, I had an aunt who lost over 200 pounds from hiking and cutting down on soda, other than that she didn’t do much else. Its amazing how exploring the world around you can give you a glimpse into a sexier you.
Weight training will help tighten up your muscles and keep your body looking tone and lean. Aerobics, swimming, climbing, and many other recreational sports are also fun ways to lose weight.
Another great thing to do is to lose weight with a friend, find a schedule where you two can work together in obtaining a common goal, or even work out with a loved one. Getting help and support from other people will help you pull through when it seems the toughest, and if you are doing it together you can only support each other until you reach that ultimate goal of perfection.
The last piece of advice is if you are choosing when to lose weight try to start it in the summer time, this is when it’ll be easiest to go out doors and be motivated. Our weight tends to go up during the winter because of the cold and not to mention days like thanksgiving and christmas!
