Exercising can be hard to figure out, I’ve surfed and surfed but never know which ones to use to help me lose belly fat. Well thanks to the army and a few good websites, I finally have the answer for you.
A real good one is Bicycle Exercises, and I’m not talking about actually riding a bike (though this can help), let me explain.
First you need to lay on the floor flat, with your lower back firmly on the ground. Your hands should then be placed besides your head and left there, bring your knees up to about a 45 degree angle and slowly go through the motion as if you were pedaling a bike. Tough your left elbow to your right knee and then your right elbow to your left knee (while making the bicycling motion.) so at this point you should be alternating your legs and arms.
Another great exercise is the ball crunch. Of course this requires a fun, giant, exercise ball but there are various ways you can do it. You will need to lay back on the pall, positioning it under your lower back, so you should be supporting a good majority of your weight on the ball. Cross your arms just over our chest, or you can even place them behind your head, so long as you are not using them as leverage. Contract your abdominals to left your torso off of the ball, then pull teh bottom of your ribcage down towards your hips.
When you curl up, keep the ball stable (so it doesn’t roll) and when you lower back down get a stretch in to the abs, repeat this about twelve to sixteen times, and do this in counts of about one to three reps depending on what you think you can handle!

Exercise is key!
Some of the best ways to get rid of fat is exercising, but what are some of the types of exercises you can do? And which ones are the best? Well, there are many you can choose from and here is a small list.
First off, walking. Walking anywhere can be a wonderful way to lose weight and get out of the house. The ultimate would be hiking, I had an aunt who lost over 200 pounds from hiking and cutting down on soda, other than that she didn’t do much else. Its amazing how exploring the world around you can give you a glimpse into a sexier you.
Weight training will help tighten up your muscles and keep your body looking tone and lean. Aerobics, swimming, climbing, and many other recreational sports are also fun ways to lose weight.
Another great thing to do is to lose weight with a friend, find a schedule where you two can work together in obtaining a common goal, or even work out with a loved one. Getting help and support from other people will help you pull through when it seems the toughest, and if you are doing it together you can only support each other until you reach that ultimate goal of perfection.
The last piece of advice is if you are choosing when to lose weight try to start it in the summer time, this is when it’ll be easiest to go out doors and be motivated. Our weight tends to go up during the winter because of the cold and not to mention days like thanksgiving and christmas!

Buckle down Ladies, its girl time!
Belly fight is not only an eye sore to many, but this unsatisfactory lump of fat in our stomachs is linked to more health problems than I really care to think about. Some of these include bloating, diabetes, heart disease, heartburn, stroke, dementia, and even cancer. Not to mention the title “Muffin Top” rings too true and leaves a sour taste in our mouths. Never fear, ladies, there is a way to slim down that nasty belly fat.
You need to stop starving yourself, first off, and focus on eating more often during the day, five to six meals in each day is whats going to help you slim down rather than three larger meals. This will let your body break things down easier and in small portions, to top this off make sure you ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST! Otherwise your body will go into a starvation cycle, where your metabolism slows down so that it can preserve the belly fat to help you “survive longer”, its part of our bodys natural reactions.
Monitor what you eat, Ladies, and eat slowly. If you eat slowly you will give yourself a better chance to process what you are eating and you will prevent overeating or bloating, and sometimes we like to turn a blind eye to what we eat but this is a horrible habit we should kick at the door.
Exercising needs to be changed up, don’t be sporadic, but keep your body guessing. Your brain is a tool, come up with different patterns of work out methods to help your body lose weight, when this happens your body will lose weight more efficiently seeing as its not “conditioning” itself to be used to the same routine over and over again. The most important part is to not forget to drink water! Never let yourself be caught dehydrated, and don’t lie to yourself to say you are. Keep a close watch on that, and try to stay away from gatorade and the like, water is and always will be the best supplement your body can ever have.

Losing Weight? Eat Right!
Stomach fat is a horrible build up around our tummy, we are constantly finding ways to try and get rid of it! It’s pesky, ugly, and intolerable. Many people can stand their long and drawn out ways to lose weight, but I personally find it to be much too tedious. There are many ways to drop stomach fat in a quick manner, but some may not be so healthy — and we don’t encourage you to do them! Unhealthy quick weight loss is horribly damaging to your body, you were better off with that stomach fat then using these unhealthy alternatives, make sure you concentrate on healthy foods so you can achieve your ultimate goal.
As always exercise is inevitable, it is something you have to do in order to maintain your weight loss otherwise it will come screaming back even if you lose it solely on a good diet. With your workout routine its important to eat food that will assist you in losing weight, so you will want foods high in fiber and protein. The body will burn more calories when digesting on these foods in comparison to the other foods available.
Though you may feel like you don’t really eat meat a lot start yourself off with some eggs. Studies have proven that eggs are not a negative impact on your cholesterol levels, but rather shown the real culprit to these problems is fat. Eggs also are crammed full of the vitamin B12, this vitamin happens to be an amazing supplement for helping in breaking down the fat sells you are trying to get rid of.
Another great food for you to focus on is beans — and no, I’m not talking about those yummy bean burritos. Steer clear from refried beans and baked beans, instead focus your attention on white beans, lima beans, navy beans, and of course kidney beans.

Losing Weight – For Teens!
Learning how to lose your belly fat is one of the most important and first steps in getting the flat tummy you’ve always wanted.
When you finally lose the belly fat you are only one step away from getting your perfect stomach. The biggest hurtle you will find is that last layer of belly fat that never seems to leave, and can be a bit discouraging.
One of the many problems we face today is our youth is obesity and the national norm, teenagers everywhere are ridiculed and struggle with their weight problems. The best thing for most teenager is to fix their diet, reducing the sugar intake and even processed foods will help significantly. If you take out junk food, cakes, cookies, soda, and pizza you will find yourself slimming down significantly. Eat more protein and cut down on starchy food. Exercising more regularly is going to be the key to success in helping you lose weight.
As teenagers there is a wonderful advantage that adults don’t have, as teens are more energetic and commonly have faster metabolisms. Losing weigh is still fairly easy for teenagers despite how it may feel, a healthy diet and regular exercise will see to this.
Sometimes schools will provide you with exercise and sports that you can always join in on, weight training classes or after school time in gyms and the like. Martial arts, scouts, dancing, and other activities will help you get fit. Going out with your friends on hikes or other adventures can also be beneficial to losing weight.
One in awhile put down the car keys and walk down to the store, or walk down to the movies and choose to do more cardio once in awhile instead of taking your vehicle.
