Buckle down Ladies, its girl time!

Belly fight is not only an eye sore to many, but this unsatisfactory lump of fat in our stomachs is linked to more health problems than I really care to think about. Some of these include bloating, diabetes, heart disease, heartburn, stroke, dementia, and even cancer. Not to mention the title “Muffin Top” rings too true and leaves a sour taste in our mouths. Never fear, ladies, there is a way to slim down that nasty belly fat.

 

You need to stop starving yourself, first off, and focus on eating more often during the day, five to six meals in each day is whats going to help you slim down rather than three larger meals. This will let your body break things down easier and in small portions, to top this off make sure you ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST! Otherwise your body will go into a starvation cycle, where your metabolism slows down so that it can preserve the belly fat to help you “survive longer”, its part of our bodys natural reactions.

 

Monitor what you eat, Ladies, and eat slowly. If you eat slowly you will give yourself a better chance to process what you are eating and you will prevent overeating or bloating, and sometimes we like to turn a blind eye to what we eat but this is a horrible habit we should kick at the door.

 

Exercising needs to be changed up, don’t be sporadic, but keep your body guessing. Your brain is a tool, come up with different patterns of work out methods to help your body lose weight, when this happens your body will lose weight more efficiently seeing as its not “conditioning” itself to be used to the same routine over and over again. The most important part is to not forget to drink water! Never let yourself be caught dehydrated, and don’t lie to yourself to say you are. Keep a close watch on that, and try to stay away from gatorade and the like, water is and always will be the best supplement your body can ever have.
